Damage/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@midnightsunskin.com. Attach a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, along with your order number. We'll promptly address the issue and correct any mistakes.
Shipping Time
We process all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm GMT on a Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-5 days, plus the 1-3 business day order processing time.
Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 days, plus the 1-3 business day order processing time.
Shipping Costs
DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY: For domestic orders over £50, shipping is complimentary. For domestic orders under £50, there's a flat shipping rate of £3.29 (2-7 days) or express delivery for £3.99 (1-3 days).
Order Tracking and Issues
DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY: Upon shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven't yet received your order, please allow 3 business days, as your package may still be in transit. If you haven't received your order after this time, please contact us at orders@midnightsunskin.com.
Incorrect Address
If we ship an order incorrectly due to our error, we'll replace it promptly. However, if you provide an incorrect address at checkout and the item is returned to us, we can re-ship it for the standard shipping fee. Please note that we cannot replace orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Lost Packages
While we'll do everything possible to assist if your package is lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible once proof of delivery is generated. To minimise the risk of loss or theft, we recommend using a secure delivery address.
